1. Order Cancellation

​We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

​Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or Whatsapp at [Insert Phone/Email]. If the order has not yet been processed or handed over to our courier partner, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

​After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow our Returns Policy once you receive the package.

​Company Cancellation: Infinity Plus reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our payment security department. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

​2. Refund Policy

​Refunds are processed based on the condition of the items and the reason for the return.

​Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:

​Your order number.

​Photographic or video proof of the damage (a short unboxing video is highly recommended).

​Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
